This Explicit Consent Declaration is a draft text prepared for situations where MESA's explicit consent requirement under Article 5/1 of the KVKK would apply to future marketing and advertising communication activities. Other processing activities described in the KVKK Disclosure that rely on MESA's legitimate interest (e.g. responding to your request) do not separately require your explicit consent.
Scope of Consent
The explicit consent that may be requested under this declaration is limited to sending promotional, campaign and marketing communications about MESA's products and brands, measuring advertising performance, and related audience/marketing analysis. This consent does not cover the other data processing activities described in the KVKK Disclosure.
Current Status
This website does not currently carry out any active marketing or advertising communication activity based on explicit consent. This page has been prepared as a draft of the final declaration that will be presented to data subjects before any such activity begins.
Withdrawing Consent
Once such an activity is activated, you will be able to withdraw any explicit consent you have given at any time, with effect for the future, without giving any reason. Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the application methods described in the KVKK Disclosure.
Relationship to Other Services
Your consent under this declaration is not, and will not be, a precondition for using the website, submitting any of its forms, or benefiting from any other MESA service.
