This Disclosure Notice is prepared under Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") by MESA İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("MESA"), acting as data controller, to inform data subjects about the personal data processing activities carried out through this website.

Personal Data Processed
When you complete the contact, product support or business partnership forms on this website, we process identity and contact data such as your full name, email address, phone number, company/organization and the content of your message. Through the product support form, if you choose to attach them, up to three product-related photos may be submitted; these are never stored on any server and are attached directly to the relevant email for evaluation of your request only. When you visit the site, and only with your explicit consent, anonymized site usage data may be processed (see the Cookie Policy). We never request health information, identity documents or payment details through any form.
Purposes of Processing
The personal data collected is processed to evaluate and respond to your contact, product support and business partnership requests, to route product quality or safety feedback to the relevant department, and to carry out the related request process. Where you have given your explicit consent, site usage data is processed solely to measure website performance and improve the user experience. Your data is not used for any purpose beyond these, and in particular is not used for marketing or advertising without a separate legal basis.
Legal Basis for Processing
Data you share through the contact, product support and business partnership forms is processed on the basis of MESA's legitimate interest under Article 5/2(f) of the KVKK, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Site usage data is processed only where you have given your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK.
How Personal Data Is Collected
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact, product support or business partnership forms on this website; site usage data, where you have given explicit consent, is collected automatically through your browser.
Transfer of Personal Data
Data you share through a form is shared only, and solely to evaluate your request, with the relevant MESA department and authorized personnel and with the corporate email infrastructure provider used to deliver the request. Your data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Domestic / International Transfer Status
This website's technical hosting is provided by a service located abroad, so limited technical data such as server logs may be processed outside Türkiye. The website's infrastructure is technically prepared for Google Analytics 4 (GA4), but this service is not currently active. If it is activated in the future, based on your explicit consent, anonymized usage data may be processed on Google's servers abroad; this notice will be updated accordingly if that occurs.
Retention Period
Data you submit through a form is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve your request and address any related legal matters, after which it is deleted or anonymized. This principle does not apply to photos submitted through the product support form, as these are never stored on any server. Your cookie preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and is asked again once that period ends or you change it.
Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly; request deletion or destruction; and request compensation if you suffer damage.
