A New Development Process for SEOXIN
We are evaluating user feedback regarding the Dry & Normal Hair Anti Hair Loss Shampoo and continuing our work toward improving the formulation.
MESA follows user feedback about its products closely and treats that feedback as an important part of the product development process. Recently, we have received a number of user experiences regarding our SEOXIN Dry & Normal Hair Anti Hair Loss Shampoo.
Some users have reported that, after a certain period of use, scalp dryness and associated dandruff or eczema complaints may recur. MESA is aware of these user experiences and is evaluating the formulation with the goal of improving the overall product experience.
This evaluation is still ongoing. If an improvement to the formulation is identified, it will only be finalized once the evaluation is complete and confirmed. No final formulation change has been decided at this time.
MESA values transparency throughout the product development process and aims to continuously improve the user experience. Further updates will be shared as this evaluation progresses.
