SEOXIN
Hair Care Lotion
A lightweight, leave-on lotion for daily scalp and hair care.
ExploreMESA is updating the SEOXIN Hair Care Lotion with a formulation and regulatory update, a new fragrance direction, and a broader scalp-care approach; development is ongoing.

MESA continues to work on the SEOXIN Hair Care Lotion as part of its ongoing product development approach. The updated formulation is being developed with three main objectives: a formulation and regulatory update, fragrance standardization, and a broader scalp-care direction.
Butylphenyl Methylpropional (Lilial), present in the existing formulation, is being removed from the formulation as part of the formulation and regulatory update.
A new fragrance direction is being evaluated. Target characteristics include IFRA compliance, suitability for a dermocosmetic positioning, and either a clean, powdery 'Clean Cotton' direction or a fresh 'Aquatic' direction. The fragrance is targeted to be free of the 26 declared fragrance allergens, subject to final supplier documentation and verification.
The existing Procapil- and Trichogen-based hair-loss-focused formulation is being maintained. The development process is also evaluating broader scalp-care support for concerns associated with dandruff, itching and eczema-prone scalp. Piroctone Olamine, Salicylic Acid and Allantoin are among the ingredients under consideration in this context.
The existing water-based, fast-absorbing, lightweight fluid formula is being maintained; a water-based, fast-absorbing, lightweight formula that does not unnecessarily weigh down the hair remains the target for this development.
The ingredients named above are part of the current development evaluation; final approved concentrations or a final INCI list have not yet been determined. The formulation will only be presented as final once the development, safety and regulatory evaluation processes are complete.
Updates on this development will continue to be shared as the process progresses.

We are evaluating user feedback regarding the Dry & Normal Hair Anti Hair Loss Shampoo and continuing our work toward improving the formulation.
